Pork with Sweet Pepper and Black Beans
Method
- Dice red bell pepper and yellow onions. Slice some ginger and mince some garlic. You can make this spicy with some fresh chiles.
- Cube pork lion into bite size pieces and marinate with soy sauce, a pinch of baking soda, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat up oil in frying pan, add all ingredients from step 1 plus a little bit of fermented black beans. Saute until onions turn a little soft. Scoop out of the pan and set aside.
- Add more oil in the pan and stir fry the pork cubes. Add a little bit of rice wine while cooking Add back the items from step 3 to the pan.
- Mix water with cornstarch and oyster sauce and add to the pan. Cover and cook until meat is done.
