Pork with Sweet Pepper and Black Beans

Method

  1. Dice red bell pepper and yellow onions. Slice some ginger and mince some garlic. You can make this spicy with some fresh chiles.
  2. Cube pork lion into bite size pieces and marinate with soy sauce, a pinch of baking soda, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  3. Heat up oil in frying pan, add all ingredients from step 1 plus a little bit of fermented black beans. Saute until onions turn a little soft. Scoop out of the pan and set aside.
  4. Add more oil in the pan and stir fry the pork cubes. Add a little bit of rice wine while cooking Add back the items from step 3 to the pan.
  5. Mix water with cornstarch and oyster sauce and add to the pan. Cover and cook until meat is done.
