Verde Verde


Baked halibut with salsa verde, avocado and green beans.

I made this in the toaster oven. Buy fish of your choice and cover with a few tablespoons of your favorite salsa; bake in the oven for about 7 minutes on high or 400F degrees. Plate fish on bed of vegetables and add diced avocado on top as garnish.

I like the Safeway brand of salsa - it's taste authentic and priced reasonably.
